Responsibility :

• Perform secretarial duties to the Managers

Requirements :

• Tertiary education in any discipline, preferably with formal secretarial training
• Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in secretarial and administration position in large organizations
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua is preferred
• Conversant in MS Office applications and proficiency in Chinese Word Processing
• Independent, well-organized, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and with strong communication skills
• Immediate available is preferred (Job start date will be on 8 October 2013 or 15 October 2013)
