Responsibilities

• Assist in refining and implementing SOP on supply chain activities
• Responsible for shipment consolidation and vessel arrangement and order management
• Administer container utilization and compliance of China & US customs practice and documentation flow
• Follow-up payment term inquiries (e.g. Letter of Credit, Open Account) and charge back
• Administer light load, CFS, No activity shipments
• Administer and refine periodical reports that help developing business strategy
• Analyze business data and provide recommendation for improvement
• Monitor and administer shipping approval database
• Provide support on ad-hoc projects
  

Requirements

• Matriculated or above, or related discipline
• 3-5 years logistics experience in US retailer
• Solid experience in logistics
• Knowledge in general payment term (e.g. L/C, Open Account) and chargeback an advantage
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills in MS Office and database applications, e.g. Access, AS400.
• Ability to meet deadlines and resolve problems.
