Reporting to Corporate Quality VP, the incumbent will support the quality system enhancement and execution of quality improvement program, lead trouble shooting and preventive measure to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Organize quality improvement program and the implementation on business units;
• Lead cross-functional quality improvement team, provide training and assessment to departments;
• Liaison with customer and third parties for quality requirement and development;
• Communication at all levels with cross functions to resolve quality issues;
• Conduct manufacturing process and internal system audit on business units;
• Regular quality improvement progress reporting to management;

Requirements:                   

• Bachelor degree, 8 years of experience, preferably in electrical home appliance industry but not a must;
• Solid experience in quality improvement program together with customers, suppliers or cross functional departments;
• Experienced in building up quality function, system and procedure;
• Strong knowledge in TS16949/SA8000/ ISO9000/ ISO14001/ RoHS and REACH;
• Hands-on knowledge and application of all key quality tools, e.g. LEAN, FMEA, Six Sigma, 8D, PPAP, APQP, MSA;
• Excellent communication, analytical& leadership skills;
• Proficient in English and Chinese.
• Station in Shenzhen
