We are looking for a smart individual who can work independently and love accounting. You are expected to provide book-keeping support for a family-owned international holding company based in Hong Kong and its businesses.

Job description:

Here are some basics what are you going to do:

•Verify, allocate business transactions and otherwise administer payments of parent and subsidiary accounts from documents, such as sales slips, invoices, receipts, check stubs, and computer printouts;

•Monitor customer payments and other cash flow on a daily basis;

•Maintain historical records by filing documents;

•Liaise with bankers, auditors and government related persons and take part in annual audit, tax filing & annual return;

•Monitor Internal control, seek for the opportunity to improve Accounting/Finance process;

•Execute other tasks assigned by Chief Accountant, provide secretarial and general office administrative support to management as requested.

Our expectations:

•University Degree majoring in Finances or Economics

•Relevant experience in Accounting position;

•Fluent command of both written and spoken English;

•Well-organized, independent, mature, resourceful;

•Understands the importance of confidentiality;

•Loves the accounting and passion to constantly improve.

And the following is optional, but preferable:

•Experience with Quickbooks, Wave Accounting or other accounting software.
