Key Responsibilities:

• Report to Finance Manager, Asia Sales
• To prepare month-end closing  
• To be responsible for full set of books independently (Trial Balances, Profit and Loss, Balance sheet, cash flow, Tax Computation)
• To prepare monthly reports and annual reports
• To prepare accounting schedules to Finance Manager, Asia Sales for analysis
• To liaise with external auditors to prepare statutory accounts
• To handle ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Accounting, Finance or other related discipline
• Minimum 3 years accounting experience, preferably with experience in trading and manufacturing industries
• Qualified member of HKICPA or equivalent will be an advantage
• Prior experience in external auditing will be an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS office applications such as Excel and Word
• Concise presentational and analytical skills
• Highly motivated, committed and a good team player
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of Oracle is an advantage
