Job Responsibilities:

• To assist the Executive Secretary in providing secretarial services and personal matters for the Senior Management 
• To prepare various correspondences, reports, meeting materials & presentations in professional manner from time to time
• To assist to manage daily calendar and appointments
• To coordinate with different offices and/or external and internal parties as per request and direction given
• To work closely with other department heads in a supporting team providing efficient services to the Management
• To assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder with formal secretarial training 
• At least 4 years secretarial experience, preferably in sizable companies
• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese, including Mandarin 
• Mature, independent, good presentation & communication skills
• Proficiency computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
• Immediate available or short notice is preferred
