Responsibilities:

• Report to the top management and provide full scope of efficient HR support and services to the group operations;
• Responsible for full spectrum of HR and Admin functions including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee relations and administration;
• Review group HR policy and procedure to match with business demand and strategies;
• Drive annual compensation process including salary review, budgeting, incentive schemes to facilitate recruitment and retention program.
• Compile management reports and statistical analysis
• Lead or participate in projects as required
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resource or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar positionand preferably experienced in banking & finance industry.
• Experience in payroll management for sizable workforce.
• Well-versed with the Employment Ordinance and related legislations in Hong Kong
• Detail-oriented, good in numbers and analytical skills.
• Organized, open-minded, tactful, and proactive.
• A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good command in English and Chinese.
• Immediate available is highly preferred
