• answering enquiries, taking messages, greeting visitors and handling meeting room bookings
• ensuring the tidiness of reception area and meeting rooms and good tea services provided by amah
• assisting in distributing newspapers/documents and other administrative duties as assigned
• Form 5 or above with a pass in English Language (Syl. B) in HKCEE/HKDSE with at least 4 to 5 years' relevant experience preferably with experience working in sizable companies
• fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• pleasant and helpful with good telephone manner and interpersonal skills, polite with good common sense
• immediately available preferred

We work 5 days per week.
