Our Hong Kong team, currently consisting of 2 persons, is expanding. We are looking for a suitable person to support the company to manage & administer our quality control activities, mainly inspections and also some audits which are being carried out in China & other Asian sourcing markets.

Job Description
- to coordinate & prepare quality control inspections & factory audits
- to monitor the schedule & ensure timely booking of inspections as well as reporting of the results to our buyers at the company's head office in Germany
- to maintain proper records of all activities and results
- to contribute to the development of quality check lists and process improvement
- occasional travel to suppliers in China
- other ad hoc assignments

Requirements
- responsible, accurate, detail-oriented and able to work independently
- good coordination and communication skills
- proficiency in computer applications, especially Excel & Outlook; knowledge of pivot tables preferable
- 2 - 3 years relevant working experience preferred, however fresh graduates may also be considered
- knowledge/understanding of German/European quality standards would be helpful
- interested in consumer products, materials and quality standards
- fluent in spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
