Job Responsibilities:

• Prospect New Business by analyzing information and trends; identify sales opportunities.
• Solicit new accounts, provide technical information and explanations; prepare quotations.
• Close new accounts by answering telephone and e-mail enquiries; verifying and entering information into a sales database to keep track of progress.
• Develops established accounts by checking customer’s buying history, suggesting related and new items, explaining technical features, promoting additional sales opportunities to clients.
• Establish and foster long-lasting client relationships. Monitor sell-through and sell-in.
• Effectively communicate between external parties and internal functional units.
• Work with factories and PO support team to complete fulfillment of the PO, communicating expected delivery date to customer, following up on any customized product/packaging, required testing, and following shipment schedule.
• Explore new opportunities for business expansion and add value to job accomplishments.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Degree holder in business, marketing or related discipline
• 4 years or above solid sales and marketing management experience in hard goods, preferably toys.
• Experience with licensed product.
• Extensive retailer contacts is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Fluent written & spoken English.
• Possible travel to Mainland and other Asia regions
