Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute project plan / schedule with various internal departments and external business parties
• Monitor project schedule and planning contingency for various scenarios
• Prepare project proposal and various management reports
• Formulate and implement strategies to support business direction;
• Liaise with IT vendors or solution providers for partnership development and management;
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above ,at least 3 years in IT services which at supervisory level;
• Knowledge/Experience on handling data entry project an advantage;
• Strong management, leadership and interpersonal skills with detailed oriented mind set;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint.
