Responsibilities

• Provide clerical & administrative support assigned by Manager.
• Assist in reviewing, formulating and establishing office administration policy and procedure.
• Assist in preparing office administration proposal as directed by Supervisor
• Assist in Review and monitor the services quality of contractors and source services providers for pricing and services comparison annually.

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 3-4 years administrative working experience
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Strong project management skills, mature, independent and detail minded
• Immediate available preferred
• Working Location: Tuen Mun/ Tsuen Wan
