Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts independently
• Responsible for daily accounting function including data input, vouchers and checks preparation;
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable with communications with customers and suppliers
• Monthly inter-company reconciliation and bank reconciliation
• Prepare accurate and timely financial and management reports
• Other ad-hoc assignments
  
  

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above with LCCI Higher Certificate. 3 years’ experience in Accounting
• Able to handle full set of accounts independently
• Matured, Self-motivated , well organized, able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Chinese Word Processing, ERP system knowledge
• Good command of English and Chinese (some Mandarin but not a must)
• Immediate available is preferred or short notice will be considered
  
  

Working hours: Mon to Fri (9am to 5:30pm)
