Responsibilities:

• Handle daily phone calls, incoming and outgoing courier / mails / letters / documents / faxes, greeting visitors
• Assist with meetings, seminars and company events
• General administrative duties
• Handle ad hoc project as assigned

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Relevant working experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with professional telephone manner
• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
• Responsible, pleasant personality
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Immediate available is highly preferable
