Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee the payroll, MPF administration and tax filing for Hong Kong Office
- Consolidate the internal & external salary benchmarking, and provide the analysis report to Management
- Manage regional annual bonus calculation and salary review processes
- Responsible for employee benefits review and annual policy renewal
- Assist in the development & implementation of HR information systems and related projects
Requirements
- University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ HR working experience gained from sizable companies, solid experience in C&B sector is a must
- Possess strong analytical skill and numerical sense
- High initiative, detail-minded and work under pressure on meeting deadlines
- Good knowledge in using HRIS, IPL will be an advantage
- Excellent Interpersonal & communication skills
- High proficiency in MS Office applications: Excel, Word & Powerpoint
- Fluent in spoken / written English and Chinese
