Job Description


Responsibilities
  • Oversee the payroll, MPF administration and tax filing for Hong Kong Office
  • Consolidate the internal & external salary benchmarking, and provide the analysis report to Management
  • Manage regional annual bonus calculation and salary review processes
  • Responsible for employee benefits review and annual policy renewal
  • Assist in the development & implementation of HR information systems and related projects

Requirements
  • University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ HR working experience gained from sizable companies, solid experience in C&B sector is a must
  • Possess strong analytical skill and numerical sense
  • High initiative, detail-minded and work under pressure on meeting deadlines
  • Good knowledge in using HRIS, IPL will be an advantage
  • Excellent Interpersonal & communication skills
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications: Excel, Word & Powerpoint
  • Fluent in spoken / written English and Chinese
