Job Title: Program Management Intern
 
Operation Transformation team is part of regional Operation Organization, responsible for driving Operation Transformation Initiatives with Process & Technology reengineering as backbone. The scope covers across all Operation functions (incl. Delivery & Fulfilment, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Marketplace Operation, etc.) with key interactions to Commercial & Finance functions. The goal is to empower operation efficiency and business growth across all Lazada ventures.

Desired Skills and Experience In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

• Strong interest in Technology Consulting practice or E-Commerce Operation.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage various stakeholders at the same time.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, dare to think out of the box and possessed ownership of tasks given.
• Bachelor’s degree specializing in engineering/computing/business/economics with an established university.
