Responsibilities:

• Manage customer service team to provide professional service to clients & internal customer;
• Perform underwriting duties on ILAS and General Insurance products & monitor underwriting results;
• Set up and develop policies and procedures for new IFA platform;
• Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department;
• Define and communicate customer services standards; ensure operation procedures are in compliance with the company and regulatory requirements;
• Liaise with company management and head of sales to support and implement growth strategies;
• Identify and address staff training and coaching needs;
• Responsible for opening new accounts, handling change of account information and other related issues;
• Prepare monthly reports to management review;
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree Holder is preferable;
• 5 years’ experience or above in customer service in IFA is an advantage;
• Good command of spoken in English, Cantonese & Mandarin;
• Strong leadership skills, able to work under pressure and adaptable to changes and fast growing environment;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills;
• Customer service orientated, responsible and attentive to details;
• Immediate available is highly preferable.
