Responsibilities:

• Maintain good business relationship with product providers;
• Identify and explore new product ideas to support business growth;
• Conduct continuous monitoring and maintenance on products to ensure product competitiveness in the market;
• Assist in formulating effective process to enhance product development efficiency;
• Assist supervisor in handling projects related to regulatory requirement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent;
• At least five years of relevant working experience in the banking / insurance broking industry with experience in account development / management; 
• Proactive & able to work independently;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; 
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage;   
• Willingness and ability to share, coach & impart knowledge & skills to fellow colleagues
• Detail-minded, well-organized and possess good interpersonal skills and high level of accuracy
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word,PowerPoint, etc)
