Responsiblities:

• Prepare sketches, perspective views, elevations and details as necessary in support of your design solution to facilitate presentations.
• Work with internal Project Managers on construction documentation and shop drawings.
• Work with clients on retail design standards - i.e. storefront proposals, finishes approvals, shop fixture drawing approvals etc.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is also preferred, but not essential.
• AutoCAD proficient and demonstrated space planning skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills and able to work in a team environment.
• Photoshop, Indesign, hand sketching and rendering skills are necessary for presentations.
• Willing to learn.

Immediate availability is highly preferred

Education:

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Industrial Design or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
