Responsibilities:

Providing HR & Admin support including the following:

• Updating leave and attendance record, benefits & personal data etc;
• Assist in recruitment process and interview arrangement;
• Assist in organization of company events, staff training and other activities;
• Equipment  and supplies sourcing, recording and  management, daily facilities management, courier & delivery services and reallocation & renovation matters;
• Maintain HR & Adm filing system;
• Assist in implementation of company policy & procedures;
• Perform any tasks and ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or related discipline;
• Minimum 3 years relevant experiences in HR & Admin duties;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred;
• Candidate with less experiences maybe considered as HR & Admin Clerk.
