Responsibilities:

• Assist in New Project Introduction (NPI) in a timely manner including, sampling, costing, quotation, etc and follow up project schedules and ensure that targets are met.
• Assist in materials procurement and liaise with suppliers sticking to project schedule;
• Assist in R&D for new products, materials, structures, new fabrication processes, and ensure product reliability for meeting customer requirements;
• Manage cost negotiation with vendors and ensure timely delivery of high quality products
• Maintain documentation on all stages of product development and hand over information to purchase team for mass production.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• F.7 or above / Higher Diploma in Engineering or equivalent;
• At least 2 years relevant experience in merchandiser/ project assistant/ R&D with manufacturing background preferable;
• Proficiency in PC operations & MS application;
• Team work, well-organized, responsible and able to work under pressure;
• Travel to PRC liaising with suppliers when necessary;
• Flexible, proactive and open to changes.
