Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of catering outlets
• Achieve company goals, budgets and implementation of objectives
• Plan, drive and monitor process improvement to enhance business performance and cost control
• Lead the operaional execution
• Coordinate with Executive Chefs in product development, food quality and cost control
• Identify market trend and opportunities to increase sales and profitability
• Budgeting and forecasting economic trends and demographic information

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Hotel and Catering or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years managerial experience in sizable companies
• Managerial experience in group of catering outlets and high-end restaurants is an advantage
• Good PC skills and knowledgeable in MS Office
• Proficiency in English & Chinese
• Strong leadership and self motivated
• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Immediately available or short notice is highly preferred
