The Group Information Services Department, located in Hunghom, strives to serve the system needs of Head Office and is responsible for co-ordinating the information technology related services within the CK Hutchison Group. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide variety of Video Conference/Telepresence and Desktop technical support functions, undertake diagnosis and resolution of complex technical problems
• Install, configure and maintain ongoing usability of desktop hardware / software / image, mobile devices, multifunction printing devices and other related peripherals
• Engage in Video Conference/Telepresence and Desktop technology planning, deployment, hardware / software evaluation, procurement and maintenance
• Work with internal / external parties to resolve technical problems and assignments 

Requirements:

• University graduate in Information Technologies or related disciplines
• 2-3 years' hands-on experience as front-line technical support in a sizable multi-national environment with extensive user interaction
• Solid experience in videoconferencing, telecommunications services and software deployment including SCCM
• Proficient in supporting Microsoft technologies (Windows 7/8/10, Office 2010/2013, SharePoint, Lync, Outlook / Exchange / Blackberry / ActiveSync, McAfee ePO)
• Video Conference/Telepresence technical support experience is desirable
• Knowledge of recognized service management principles, methods, best practices, standards and procedures
• Customer-driven and strong communication skills
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good team player and self-motivated
• Ability to work effectively in a cross team environment, flexibility to deal with conflicting demands and every changing priorities
• Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must
