Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Perform various Compensation & Benefits duties such as C&B surveys, annual salary review, budgeting/annual year-end closing exercise, benefit administration, enhancement of HRIS, etc.
  • Assist in reviewing C&B policies and procedures and recommend appropriate guidelines/provide inputs to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, for market alignment, organization needs and the latest employment ordinances to comply with the legislations
  • Assist in reviewing and implementing the performance based remuneration system to achieve and reinforce the company's objective of pay for performance
  • Monitor HRIS upgrade project, extend the Employee Self-Service function to Worldwide Offices per project schedule
  • Maintain updated workflow in HRIS, supervise and audit the updating of employees
  • Responsible for the annual audit exercise and establish guidelines/procedures for a standard audit process
  • Provide efficient and effective support and advice to line managers/employees of all offices in meeting their business needs and help them to understand and comply with employment ordinances and internal policies
  • Assist in driving and implementing staff communication program such as staff focus groups, staff benefits meeting, etc.
  • Undertake any other duties/special assignments/projects as directed by the C&B Manager, Human Resources/the General Manager, Human Resources & Administration


Requirements:
  • University degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management / Training or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in the human resources area as a generalist with exposure in training
  • Well versed with prevailing HR systems and practices preferably with exposure and solid experience in project management as well as staff relations and communication programs
  • Well organized, meticulous with strong planning and implementation skills
  • A team player with tactful interpersonal skills, outgoing personality, ability to communicate and partner effectively with people from different background
  • Able to manage multi-tasks and work under tight time frame and under pressure
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
