Requirements:

• Degree in IT/ CS or equivalent, MCSE/MCITP and CCNA are must, other qualifications are definite advantage.
• Knowledge of Linux and AS400 will be an advantage
• 3 years relevant experience in technical support experience. Working experience in retail business is preferred.
• Hands on experience on PC, laptop, printer set-up.
• Strong knowledge of configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting AD, File Server, Exchange server, Web Server, Database Server, DNS, FTP on Windows platforms.
• Solid experience in firewall, router, switches, VPN, LAN/WAN administration.
• High attention to detail in order to prevent errors when researching and resolving problems. Ability to multitask and follow procedures accurately.
• Self-driven in solving problem and a good team player
• Good command of English and Cantonese/Mandarin.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain and troubleshoot PC/server OS and hardware
• Manage daily operations for MIS administration, installations for Windows, MS Office, Anti-Virus and In-house developed applications support.
• Provide support to office users, stores and overseas users
• Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot network and I.T. facilities on daily basis to maintain a stable server, communication, and network environment
