Responsibilities:

• Work closely with sales & marketing team and corporate communications unit to deliver core message to selective media and raise the brand positioning and profile in local/regional market
• Develop and implement effective internal and external communications and activities
• To support the department in coordination with agencies and vendors on executing communications programs, publications and souvenirs production, organizing marketing activities, press conferences and events
• Operate social media channels, such as Facebook and Instagram, and monitor their impact through internal systems
• Develop and implement a separate marketing activities for a non-profit component to optimize the level of public services
• To gather and analyze market and customer intelligence and share with management in order to shape future marketing activities
• Monitor media coverage and disseminate the daily news clippings to division colleagues

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Communication, Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in hospitality or PR /advertising agencies
• Online social media knowledge is preferable
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Outgoing, independent, detail-oriented and team player
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
