Responsibilities:

• Product sourcing, replenishment and promotion follow up.
• Supplier searching and selection & profit making.
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive price, deals and terms.
• Shop promotion planning.
• Analyze and control purchasing cost & budgets.
• Provide supporting to front-line sales team.
• Administrative support for the departments.

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above.
• 3 years FMCG / food retail purchasing experience (supermarket purchasing experience is an advantage).
• Well organized, aggressive, responsible and self-motivated.
• Good command of English and Chinese (including Cantonese).
• Knowledge of Purchasing planning, Sales and Promotion is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation skill, analytical and numeric ability.
• Willing to work under pressure, independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Good in Chinese typing (30 wpm) is preferred.
• Good in Microsoft application (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Less experience will be considered as Purchasing Assistant.
• Immediate available is preferable.
