KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Reporting to Senior Project Manager and your responsibilities will include:

• To assist PM to manage retail projects mainly at China & APEC Region.
• Handle also maintenance works of retail shop & showroom.
• Identify project milestones and prepare workable project program
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, various consultants & sub-contractors
• Responsible to update the team on the progress at regular basis
• Quality control on site and during production

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years’ on site experience for luxury retail projects
• Cantonese/ Mandarin Speaker with Advanced English Skills
• Computer Literate (AutoCAD, Microsoft Word and Project)
• Willing to travel, able to work under pressure & meet deadlines 
• Strong sense of responsibility and hard working
• Working experience at China Retail Market is preferred
