Responsibilities: -

• Work under the Sales & Marketing Department to identify operation line training needs.
• Manage all training activities include training workshops and upfront training management.
• Formulate, design and deliver quality and effective training to frontline staff at all levels.
• Assist in any other ad hoc projects that may be required by the Sales Director.
• Develop, organize, coordinate and conduct training program.
• Maintain and update training materials and aids.

Requirement: -

• Higher Diploma in Training or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years relevant experiences particular in retail sector or service industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred
