Job Responsibilities : 

• Collect data and information from different sources to conduct comprehensive cost analysis on garment costs
• Prepare cost sheets with cost breakdown of fabric, trims, labeling, packaging, labour, etc on various items and garment styles
• Participate in costing negotiation, product planning and business forecast with UK buyer
• Support the bulk ordering of raw materials, calculate and verify the required quantity of different items and materials
• Review and work out the delivery schedules with factories and the UK buyer
• Follow up the replenishment order and weekly planner with factories

Job Requirements :

• Higher Diploma or above in Statistics / Accounting / Finance / Business or related discipline
• 3 years relevant working experience
• Knowledge in apparel industry and understanding of cost drivers preferred
• Well-versed in computer applications, excellent hands-on skills in MS Excel (pivot table, vlookup, functions, etc) is a must
• Detail-minded with strong numeric sense and business acumen
• Proactive team player with good communication and analytical skills
• Fluency in Mandarin and English
• Candidates possess less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Analyst
