Responsibilities:

• Responsible for bulk product & component approval tracking & coordination, manage T&A calendar, assist in sample tracking, data gathering and reporting
• Handle daily production tracking activities, track critical production dates with suppliers to ensure the delivery schedule meet the deadline
• Communicate with COE’s on expectation and provide support in strategic cost analysis & management
• Assist the team in developing, maintaining and partnering with COE and factories to enable on-time and quality shipment, provide timely and accurate responses on request
• General department support and other duties as required to ensure effectiveness and VM focus

Requirements:

• Post-secondary with 2-4 years of experiences or university degree with 1 year, major in textile and clothing is preferable
• Experience on both development and production and understanding of manufacturing process is preferable
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, and basic in Mandarin
• Basic computer skills and familiar in system management is preferable
