Job Description:

• Maintain records of goods ordered and received across GG’s Asia supply network
• Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales.
• Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
• Setting and maintaining supplier standards in line with GG social accountability charter (SA8000) in liaison with external auditing companies
• Control purchasing department budgets
• Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to all Greater Group company policy.
• Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.
• Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute materials.
• Resolve vendor or contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers.
• Represent companies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
• Review, evaluate, and approve specifications for issuing and awarding bids.
• Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying and procurement activities 
• Prepare reports regarding market conditions in China 
• Improve the team ability, mentor less experienced staff to achieve the goal
• Work closely with Project and QC/QA department

Job Requirements:

• Strong professional Procurement skills
• Strong Technical understanding
• Strategic thinker
• At least 5 years procurement management working experience is essential
• Degree required
• Must be a self-starter with strong Bias for Action, Accountability & Responsibility and Growth Mindset
• Must be able to work independently and virtually
• Excellent communication and language skills in both English, Mandarin
• Some travel
