Responsibilities:

• Handle all legal affairs in Hong Kong independently;
• Take full responsibility for business negotiation and contract review with global clients, business partners; Specifically, general contracting work associated with Corporate Dept ;
• Take full responsibility for establishing compliance system completely to meet local legal requirements , to guarantee the security of legal compliance and protect from legal risks; Conducting legal research on a diverse range of assigned issues, continuously monitoring compliance with all relevant law or regulation;
• Deal with lawsuits, arbitrations and disputes;
• Establish global external legal platform and business contacts with the main law firms and legal resources;
• Take charge of legal trainings and consults to all employees.
• Assisting in the coordination and preparation of the Board Meetings and internal Committee Meetings

Requirements:

• Master Degree in Civil and Commercial Law or International Commercial Law is required. Working experience in Law or related discipline
• •The Applicant should be a Hong Kong or common law qualified lawyer with at least 3 years' PQE
• •Dedicated, good tram consciousness, organization management and coordination capacity
• Detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work in fast paced environment
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is a must
