Responsibilities:

• To report to the Company Secretarial Manager in handling company secretarial and related matters for the listed company and its subsidiaries, and the companies in the unlisted group

Requirements

• Degree holder

• Student member／member of HKICS

• At least 4 years of relevant company secretarial experience in professional firms or listed companies

• Detail-oriented, initiative and able to work under pressure

• A good team player with positive attitude

• Good spoken and written English and Chinese

• Candidate with more experience could apply for the post of Senior Company Secretarial Officer.
