Responsibilities

• Monitor the quality of property and property management services. Follow up with tenants on rent settlement, services request, comments, etc.
• Manage the fit-out works and handover procedures of the premises
• Maintain proper filing and premises records
• Perform leasing related works including pre-lease arrangement, lease renewal negotiation and tenancy administration management
• Attend regular meetings with building managers
• Prepare Operational and Capital Expenditure budgets
• Coordinates and monitors the A&A and Minor Building Works as well as the R&M works of the various buildings.

Requirements

• University graduates in real estate or related discipline
• Around 3-5 years relevant working experience in commercial/residential leasing departments of major property developers in Hong Kong
• Good Knowledge in property management and facility management services
• Familiar with landlord / tenancy law and leasing and handover procedures
• Stable employment record.  
• Good networking with agency.
• Good communication and negotiation skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English and good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft applications (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Photoshop)
• Immediately Available
