Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conducting research of property market for current retails and or commercial leasing.
• Accompany potential buyers/agents/tenants for site or office visits
• Develop close relationship with both new and existing clients
• Update and maintain the database for property enquires information
• Prepare property particulars and make analysis & presentation to clients
• Answer client enquires and handle lease matters

Requirements:

• Form 6 or above; fresh graduates may be considered
• Holder of Salesperson Licence or Estate Agent's Licence (individual) is an advantage
• 3-5 years or above of relevant working experience
• Fluent spoken and good command of written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, hardworking and strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft applications (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Photoshop)
• Willing to OT or work on public holidays
• Immediately available is preferred
