We are a well-established Learning Centre in Hong Kong East, providing English courses for children ages from 1-13

Duties:

• Provide professional consultation to prospective customers
• Maintain good relationship and services to our children and parents
• Manage students’ appointment and teachers’ schedules.
• Provide administrative support to coordinate/manage day-to-day operations.
• Assist manager in promotion and to meet the annual target

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in Education or Customer Service 
• Positive attitude, mature, self-motivated, good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Relationship builder, team player, achieve goals and attention to detail
• Caring children, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, caring, responsible and self-motivated
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Willing to work on Saturdays and overtime
