Responsibilities:

• Answer customer enquiries & complaints with professional manner via phone or computer and in person;
• Providing professional customer service & relationship building;
• Perform underwriting duties on ILAS; Insurance; MPF and Direct Fund products
• Monitor underwriting results.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree Holder is preferable;
• With experience in customer service in IFA is an advantage;
• Good command of spoken in English, Cantonese & Mandarin;
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills;
• Good telephone manner & Communication Skill;
• Tertiary education in Finance, Business or related disciplines;
• Immediate Available is highly preferable.
