Job Duties:

1. Customer liaison and support
2. Handle overseas orders and monitor production process
3. Prepare quotations and invoices. Email and fax correspondence
4. Arrange and coordinate shipment/ delivery, communicate with factory and production team
5. Provide support to sales team on clients' projects and orders
6. Attend both overseas and local trade fairs as exhibitor

 Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year rel exp in Jewelry industry 
2. Fluent in written and spoken English preferred
3. Proficient in English MS Office and Chinese word processing
4. Well-organized, detail-oriented and high sense of responsibility
5. Good communication skills, independent ,able to work flexibly & multi-task and under pressure
6. Immediate available is preferred.
