Job Position: Wing Han is seeking an [Shipping Clerk]  to assist merchandisers on data entry, ordering office supplies and other departmental tasks. He/she will work  within one of our divisions: www.headwind.com.hk

       Job Responsibilities :

• Liaise with China suppliers, Sea/Air forwarders & customers to control/monitor timely and accurate shipping arrangement
• Handle full set of shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, B/L, booking) and shipping arrangement independently
• Handle Import & Export declaration in System
• Handle Export shipment by courier/express service
• Generate Purchase Orders, Sales Confirmation and Invoices
• Orders / shipment schedules follow up
• Assist the merchandising team as needed

       Job Requirement :

• At least 5 years Shipping experience in trading/manufacturing industries
• Good knowledge in Import/Export declaration, China Customs Clearance procedure, etc.
• Good knowledge in Incoterms
• Familiar with import and export procedure and requirement, especially in USA, Canada and China
• Good communication skills with vendors, customers and able to take initiative and pro-actively solve problem (Mandarin / English proficiency)
• Know Chinese typing for data entry
• Proficient in MS Words, Excel and Powerpoint
