Duties :

- Ensure that all outgoing shipments are picked/packed correctly and timely

- Prepare all documents to forwarders / couriers and customers

- Co-ordinate with internal departments, forwarders and couriers to ensure that shipments are timely released

- Ensure all shipments are updated into the system

- Liaise with customer

- Prepare billing report

- Arrange cycle count of customer's inventory regularly, if applicable

- Less experiences will be considered as Logistics Clerk

Requirements :

- F.5 or above

- 1 year experience in warehousing field

- Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin will be an advantage

- Familiar with Microsoft Office & Internet operation

- Hard working and willing to work overtime

Attractive Remuneration Package includes Bank Holiday, 5.5 days work, OT allowances $55 - $70 per hour, Year End Bonus, Monthly Bonus, Medical, Annual Leave 10 days, Full Pay Sick Leave.
