Responsibilities: 

• Handle full set of financial statements and group consolidation.
• Prepare periodic financial and management reporting, budgeting and forecast
• Cash Flow management
• Monitor, review and assist in day to day accounting functions, including incomes, payments, inter-company controls and transactions
• Streamline the accounting workflow and strengthen the internal control system
• Liaise with auditors and other professionals regarding audit, tax and banking matters
• Assist in company secretarial matters;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned, including due diligence for transaction
• Supervise and assist subordinate on daily operations
• Report to General Manager and Director
  
  

Requirements: 

• Degree in Accountancy or related disciplines.
• Minimum 6 years working experience in retail/ trading / buying office for financial accounting. CPA firm training is a preferable. 
• Working knowledge of Quick Book
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge in Mandarin is a plus
• Strong sense of responsibilities, well-organized, detail-minded and results oriented
• Immediate availability is highly preferable
• Candidate with less experience would be considered as Accounts Supervisor
