Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries / call at Customer Services Centre
• Process and follow-up service orders, documents and general clerical duties

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above, with relevant working experience in customer service will be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Able to work under pressure & proficiency in MS Office applications
• Be responsible person and can work independent
• Self-motivated, customer focused staff, and well organized
• Those with more experience will be considered as Senior CSR.
