Job Responsibilities :

• Prepare monthly consolidated financial reports & analysis
• Review vouchers, daily bank movement and reconciliation
• Manage daily cash flows
• Review monthly management accounts and sub-consolidation
• Supervise accounting team for daily operation
• Ad hoc projects such as assist in opening of new restaurants or new business, system implementation, etc.
• Liaise with local banks, auditors & government officials

Job Requirements :

• Qualified accountant with bachelor degree in Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in sizable companies, with some in retail / catering industry preferable
• Familiar with HK & PRC accounting standards, taxation, regulations & operations
• Experience on IPO and wide PRC exposure is definitely an advantage
• Mature, independent & responsible
• Able to work multi-task & under pressure, and can meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computerized accounting system
• Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese, including Mandarin
• Willing to travel to China
