To cope with our continuous development in retail and auction business, we are looking for a self-motivated, creative, detailed-oriented Assistant Project Manager / Project Officer to develop and manage events and exhibitions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing effective annual work plans, timetables, budget forecasts and marketing strategies for all assigned projects
• Collaborate with designer, marketing team and external parties to plan, coordinate and execute auctions and different kinds of promotional activities
• Manage and monitors staffing, schedules, operations, and workflow to ensure smooth and successful operations of events
• Oversee and participates in the installation and tear-down of exhibitions and events
• Responsible for the layout and production of auction catalogue to ensure high quality deliverables and timely delivery of auction materials

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
• 2-3 years solid experience in event and exhibition management, preferably in the auction business
• Creative, self-motivated, energetic with excellent interpersonal skills
• Desire to learn and take on new challenges; knowledge of the auction business would be advantageous
• Attentive to details and able to work and deliver under pressure
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent command in spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese; written Chinese and English
• Proficient computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator would be advantageous
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Officer
