Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum of human resources & administration support including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training & development, performance management, staff recreation and office administration
- Assisting in reviewing and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Work closely with department heads to provide professional support on HR related matters
- Assist various ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma holder in Human Resources / Business Administration or related disciplines
- At least 3 years' all round HR & Admin experience gained from sizable organization
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other regulatory practices
- Attentive to details, enthusiastic and positive thinking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Experience in merchandising or trading industry is an advantage
- Immediate available is preferred
