Job Description

The HRM is responsible for development and deliver HR strategy as part of the business strategy in one business group, with focus on staffing, employee relations, performance management, organizational development issues such as culture transformation, engagement, capability building and change management.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead key HR processes in the business: staffing, organization capability development, performance management, talent management, internal and external employee relations development and talent management.
  2. Recruitment: Fulfill job vacancies by fast attracting talents to support business growth.
  3. C&B: According to Philips’ C&B policy and system, develop and deliver a reward and recognition initiatives which provide equity and consistency for the purpose of driving high performance culture.
  4. Staffing/employee relation: Team up with business managers to address staffing/ER issues on timely manner.
  5. HR operation excellence: always look at areas for improvement, to review and develop HR initiatives in more efficient and effective manners.
  6. OD-culture: Champion employee engagement, supporting growth and development of people in the business.
  7. Talent Management: Build the organizational talent pipeline by planning and contributing to key developmental experiences (leadership, cross-functional, technical, and global perspective).
  8. Be the partner of business, by teaming up with business leaders and driving HR interventions for the benefit of generating sustainable business growth and results.
  9. Build and maintain collaboration, teamwork, and engagement across functional areas and with other HR colleagues in the region and globally.
