Principal Accountabilities

• Ÿ  Reporting to Manager, Passenger Services
• Ÿ  Work closely with airline account manager and desk duty for staff deployment at planning stage
• Ÿ  Plan and manage a roster of 200+ airport staff
• Ÿ  Responsible for assigning a fair and productive roster for team 
• Ÿ  Carry out any other duties as required and directed by the Company.

Capabilities and Experience

• Ÿ  Strong administrative proficiency with a keen eye for detail
• Ÿ  Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Ÿ  Demonstrated ability to manage personal work priorities
• Ÿ  Ability to handle multiple tasks under a high degree of pressure
• Ÿ  Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ÿ  Experience in office administration
• Ÿ  Skills in Microsoft Office suite

Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Position
