Role & Responsibilities:

• To provide clerical and administrative supports, including filling, data entry, report preparation, etc.
• To write up correspondences, presentation materials and reports
• To coordinate projects, events and meetings with internal and external parties
• To handle administration duties
• To perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements :

• Diploma Holder, preferably in Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years working experience in secretary or office administration field
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, hardworking with good interpersonal and task management skills
• Well organized and able to work independently under pressure
