• Handle account opening procedures, customer enquiries and complaints
• Handle accounts and settlement services request from clients

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline
• With 1 year of clerical work experience
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skill
• Familiar with MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Fresh graduates will be considered
